If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Scurry Home & Paper order, please email us at email@example.com making note of your order number, your details and whether you would like a refund, or to exchange the product along with the reason why.
We're only able to offer refunds or exchanges for unused or faulty items returned to us within 30 days. We're unable to accept any returned items unless you have emailed us first. If any of your goods arrived damaged, it will help to speed things up if you can send photographic evidence with your email.
When we have received your email we will contact you with details on how to return your goods.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
